Surrogacy Application
We’re excited to get you know you through this application process. There’s only this short-form questionnaire before we find your perfect intended parents! We can match you right away or move a bit slower, you decide what’s right for you and your family.
Qualification Requirements
In order to be considered as a surrogate applicant, you must:
- Be between 21-42 years of age
- Have had successful, full-term pregnancy(ies) without any complications
- Currently be parenting a child in a supportive relationship
- Be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident/green card or Visa holder (that does not expire in the next 2 years and meet the BMI requirement of 20-30)
- Have a high school diploma or GED
